Woosah…How to Meditate

The first time will feel a bit like a tennis match or tug of war, but that’s normal. Our minds are constantly buzzing with thoughts so slowing down these mega-processors takes time.

Don’t give up too soon and start slow.

Let’s go…

Find some music without lyrics – You don’t want to get lost in the words the goal is oneness through silence (oh yeah!).

Lay it down – Lay down on your back, palms facing up to the sky or ceiling.

Breathe – As best you can, try to lose yourself in your breath just deeply begin to feel how the air flows into your nostrils, down the throat and into the lungs.

I’m relaxing while writing this! Seriously, give this at least 10 minutes a day for 2 weeks. Your family, friends and co-workers will probably notice a difference before you do.

10 minutes a day could add 10 years to your life.
